- Simple real estate appraisal – on 1 sheet (A$) (1.000,00 kn + taxes)
- Real estate appraisal, property evaluation – evaluation report (1.500,00 - 2.000,00 kn + taxes)
- List of expense (1.000,00 kn + taxes)
- Real estate legalisation at the Ministery of Construction, cadastre of real estates and land-registry (2.500,00 kn + tax)
- Other legalisation expenses ( for example, reports, evaluation report, construction report – payed by the principal at the Ministry of Construction, Cadastre of real estates and Land-registry)
- Buy sell agreement (800,00 kn + PDV)
- Buy sell agreement, real estate legalisation at the Ministery of Construction, cadastre of real estates and land-registry (2.500,00 + tax)
- Services at the Municipal court, Cadastre and Land-registry in Đakovo (250,00 kn + administrative tax)
Real estate detour (distance + working hours + tax) - Other services (certificate on energy management, credits, insurance policies and legal aid) and their prices are arranged between the broker agency and the principal
OTHER RESIDENTAL-BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- Comission is payed from the yearly income of a residental-business buildings (18 % + tax)
